Odegaard: Manchester City have not yet won the Premier League title.
Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard insisted the Premier League title race is far from over, despite Manchester City's 2-1 victory over his side at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday. Arsenal risk losing their 200-day reign at the top of the table, as a Manchester City win against Burnley on Wednesday would see Pep Guardiola's team leapfrog them on goal difference with just five games remaining.Odegaard urged his teammates to bounce back quickly ahead of Saturday's match against Newcastle United. The Norwegian said: "We have to keep pushing forward. It was always expected that the fight would go down to the wire, so we have to keep working hard and sticking together."
He added: "Now we're looking forward to the next game to recover. We created some very good chances against Manchester City, and there are some positives to build on." The Norwegian captain noted: "It's frustrating at the moment, but we'll analyze what happened. The competition is still on, and that's the best part of the season."
