Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano announced that the deal for the new coach of Manchester United has been completed, after all terms were agreed upon.
Romano, who is considered one of the biggest journalists in the world of football, said that Manchester United had broken the contract of Dutch coach Erik Ten Hag from Ajax Amsterdam.
Romano and other English sources said that the deal to transfer Ten Hag to the "Red Devils" had been completed, and that the official announcement would be in the coming days.
The value of breaking Ten Hag's contract from Ajax Amsterdam is 2 million euros, which is the value that the English club paid to sign the Dutch coach.
Tin Hag's career
Ten Hag is considered one of the best coaches in Europe during the past five years, as he succeeded in presenting Ajax Amsterdam in a strong manner in Europe, while relying on a modern attacking style of play.
Ten Hag is in his fifth season with Ajax, and during the period won two local league titles and two cup titles, with the possibility of achieving the third league title this season, if he succeeded in maintaining the lead.
It remains in the minds of the most prominent achievement of Tin Hag in the Champions League in 2019, when he reached the semi-finals, after eliminating Real Madrid and Juventus, before he was defeated in the last seconds by Tottenham Hotspur and came out in a sad way.
Tin Hag had previously coached Bayern Munich's reserve, at the beginning of his career, between 2013 and 2015, and worked directly with Spaniard Pep Guardiola when he was coach of the first team at the time.
