Many users of the instant communication application “WhatsApp” face the problem of deleting messages quickly by mistake, and recovering them becomes almost impossible. This problem will soon become part of the past for WhatsApp users, according to news reports.
WaBetaInfo, which follows the news of the popular instant communication application, stated that WhatsApp is currently testing on the beta version a feature that allows users to restore messages that they delete by mistake.
He said that the test is focused at the current stage on a trial version of phones running the "Android" system... Later, he said that he monitored the feature in the beta version of phones running the "iOS" operating system, that is, "iPhone" phones.
This development comes after information about the intention of the company "Meta", which owns "WhatsApp", to launch such a feature some time ago. There are conditions for using this feature, it is limited to a limited number of seconds, and recovery is subject to choosing the type of deletion before it is completed.
And the site published a screenshot showing a small bar that will appear on the application interface after it deletes, on which it says “Undo deleted messages for me”, and the feature will not be available in the deletion option for everyone.
If this bar disappears, the user will not be able to recover the deleted messages. It is not clear when this feature will take effect, but the site said that it may be in the near future.
