A few days ago, Microsoft released a new update for Windows, but it quickly received many criticisms due to the problems that users experienced. Users encountered several problems, after the update of the "Windows" system, which was launched on September 20, according to the "Mag Laptop" website, which specializes in technology.
Among these problems, the emergence of the "blue screen" known as "BSoD", among some users. The source explained that the reason for this glitch lies in the fact that the "Windows 11 22H2" update is not compatible with some audio drivers, which is the error that causes the operating system to stop and the "blue screen" to appear.
To solve this problem, Microsoft recommends that you update the Intel SST software, through “Settings”, then “Update & Security”, then “Windows Update”, and click on “View Optional Updates”.
Laptop Mag said that the software should be updated to a newer version of 10.29.0.5152 or 10.30.0.5152, adding, "By then, the user will have bypassed the blue screen bug." And reports revealed that Microsoft is working on a new update that addresses "Windows 11 22H2" problems.
