A new update from "Apple" today.. and that's all you need

Apple

The American company, “Apple”, will release, on Monday, the “iOS 16.1” update to the operating system, which will allow users of “iPhone”, “iPad”, and “Apple TV” devices to access the “Fitness +” application for fitness.

This access, thanks to the new update, allows users of “Apple” devices to enjoy the services of the application even if they do not have an “Apple Watch”, knowing that “Fitness +” works for a material subscription of $ 9.99 per month. The update includes the launch of a shared photo library on iCloud (cloud storage service), where users will be able to add, delete and modify photos.

And “Apple” announced in a press release, last week, that the new update will take effect today, Monday. The update will be available for users of “iPhone 8” and later, and it will have features that differ from the previous update “iOS 16”, which was launched last September.

The new update includes the addition of a "Clean Energy Charging" box, which allows users to improve charging when cleaner energy sources are available, reducing the carbon footprint of iPhone phones.

This option will be located in Settings and specifically in the battery icon, where there will be a name "Battery Health & Charging", and below a small text that says: "The iPhone in your area is trying to reduce the carbon footprint through selective charging, when carbon-neutral electricity is available low".

Shared Library

The new update allows the user to create a photo library on iCloud, so that he can invite up to 6 people to this library to add, edit, delete and like photos, and the library includes photos and videos. The user can choose any photos he has on his phone and send them automatically to the library.

Once the user locks the iPhone's screen in the new update, alerts will appear from Apple's Live Activity service that will provide him with real-time information. The information includes the latest sports news, updates from ride-hailing apps like Uber, and home delivery apps, among others.
