The Minister of Information inspects the various departments of the ministry.

 The newly appointed Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, His Excellency Mr. Abdifatah Qasim Mahmoud, conducted an inspection tour of the ministry's various departments on Wednesday to review the progress of work.

During the tour, His Excellency listened to detailed reports on ongoing projects from the heads of the different departments and staff, commending their efforts in serving the nation. The Minister emphasized the ministry's importance in developing the media, unifying government messaging, raising public awareness, preserving Somali culture, and promoting tourism in the country.

His Excellency Abdifatah Qasim also praised the journalists who covered the recent direct elections held in the Southwest State. In closing, the Minister pledged to work on developing and enhancing the ministry's operations across all departments.
