The Tweet button was changed for a short time to the word (post) or “post”, according to what was mentioned by the “The Verge” technical website.
But as of Sunday morning, the word (tweet) is still present when browsing the "X" site, and it seems that the matter is within the scope of the experimental stage. And "The Verge" said that the matter alludes to this button and every evidence related to the blue bird will disappear soon from "X".
