The Prime Minister inaugurates a new center for the prevention of climate change and environmental degradation

 The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre, cut the ribbon for the opening of a new center that contributes to the prevention of climate change and environmental degradation.

Prime Minister Barre praised the efforts of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change in the Somali government in addressing issues of climate change and environmental protection.

This project, which falls within the framework of implementing the President of Somalia's Green Initiative and planting 10 million trees, was implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change and the Africa Organization to Prevent Drought and Protect Livestock.
