Erling Haaland scored another hat-trick to lead Norway to a 5-0 win over Israel, taking the Manchester City striker's tally to 21 goals in 12 appearances for club and country - and it was only October before the match, which was marred by pro-Palestine protests.

His goal against Brentford took him to 94 goals in 104 games, giving him an unprecedented goalscoring rate that puts him close to becoming the fastest player in the competition's history to reach the 100-goal club, ahead of Alan Shearer, who needed 125 games.
Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero , Thierry Henry and Mohamed Salah are second behind Shearer in reaching this milestone.
Haaland's incredible scoring rate makes him exceptional, and with nine years left on his exceptional contract he signed in January, and having turned 25 in July, he is on track to break almost every Premier League scoring record .
If he continues at this rate of scoring, and taking into account his average minutes played, Haaland is expected to break Shearer's record of 260 Premier League goals by September 2030.
