 The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the schedule for the presidential and leadership elections in the South West State of Somalia. The INEC has designated June 2nd and 3rd for receiving nominations for the positions of Speaker and Deputy Speakers of the House of Representatives (House of Representatives), as well as for announcing the final list of candidates for the House's leadership.

On June 4th, candidates for Speaker of the House of Representatives will present their platforms and campaign speeches, with the election for the House's leadership to take place on the same day. On June 5th and 6th, nominations for the presidency of the South West State will be accepted, and the final list of candidates will be announced on June 7th.

On June 8, the candidates vying for the position of state president will deliver their campaign speeches, while June 10 will be the date for the election, according to the timetable announced by the commission.
