The Somali Minister of Information visits the victims of the bombings in the UAE

The Somali Minister of Information

 The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, His Excellency Daoud Owais Jameh, who is on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, visited the injured of the recent terrorist bombings in the capital, Mogadishu, who are receiving treatment in the UAE, to follow up on their health conditions, wishing them a speedy recovery.


During his tour, His Excellency the Minister listened to reports on the condition of the injured from the doctors at Abu Dhabi Military Hospital, where they explained to the Minister that the wounded are being treated well and that the condition of most of them is improving.


The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, His Excellency Dawood Aweys Jameh, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leadership and people of the United Arab Emirates for standing by Somalia. The minister was accompanied by the Acting Ambassador of the Republic to the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Ahmed Taher Muhammad, and other officials.


The minister is participating in the activities of the first session of the World Media Congress in Abu Dhabi, under the auspices of the UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with international participation and a large global presence of leaders, thought pioneers, experts and specialists in the media sector from different countries of the world.
