Sinomi Centers signs a 10-year strategic partnership with Westfield
Sinomi Centres, the company working in developing and operating commercial centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the signing of an exclusive strategic partnership and commercial franchise agreement for a period of ten years with Unipay Rodamco Westfield, with an option to extend for an additional ten years.
The landmark agreement, which was signed on May 4, 2025, covers shopping centers in Saudi Arabia, reflecting Sinomi Centers’ firm commitment to strengthening its leadership in the Kingdom and the Middle East and North Africa region.
Under this partnership, Sinomi Centers obtains the exclusive licensing rights to the Westfield brand in the Kingdom from Unipay Rodamco Westfield, and benefits from its global network and advanced capabilities across a comprehensive range of functions including leasing, operations, marketing, retail media, and others. This enables the transformation of Cinomy Centres' commercial centers operating under the "Westfield" brand into leading and preferred destinations for consumers, tourists, and brands, while enhancing their market share in the sector.
Taking advantage of the Westfield brand and the support of Unibuy Rodamco, Sinomi Centers will provide a new world-class shopping mall experience for residents of the Kingdom and tourists, contributing to stimulating tourism, enhancing the global presence of the sector, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 related to improving the quality of life, and opening the Saudi market to the most prominent international brands in the retail sector.
