Government ministers participate in an event to honor the nation's martyrs

 A number of federal government ministers participated in an event to honor the martyrs of the National Army and commend the achievements made during military operations in the holy month. During the event, prayers were offered for the martyrs of national duty who sacrificed their lives in defense of religion, homeland, and people.

Also participating in the event, which took place yesterday evening, were the Commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Mohamed Mahmoud, officers of the National Armed Forces, and representatives of the international community.

Defense Minister Ahmed Moalim Fiqi praised the courage and bravery of the National Army forces in combating terrorism, noting that significant achievements had been made during military operations, enabling citizens to observe Ramadan in peace.

Mr. Fiqi added that the government and the people will never forget the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defense of religion, country, and people. He also directed the National Army to continue the fight until all territories are liberated from the clutches of terrorism.
