The army commander bids farewell to a military unit heading out for overseas training.

 The Commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Mohamed Mahmoud, bid farewell to a unit of soldiers departing abroad for specialized military training, emphasizing the importance of this program in developing the capabilities of the armed forces.

During his address to the soldiers before their departure, the Commander explained that the training aims to raise the level of professional competence and enhance the military skills of army personnel, stressing the need for them to excel in acquiring the knowledge and experience they will gain during the training period.

He noted that the training program includes learning advanced skills in air operations, including the use of military parachutes and aircraft rappelling. He emphasized that this type of training requires a high degree of discipline, patience, and endurance, urging the soldiers to maintain good conduct and positive interactions with the foreign forces with whom they will be participating in the training program.

The army commander also stressed the importance of transferring the expertise the soldiers will gain to their colleagues at home, contributing to the development of the armed forces' capabilities and enhancing their future readiness.
