The Foreign Minister visits the Republic's embassy in Muscat
His Excellency Mr. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, visited the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Muscat, as part of his official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. He was received by His Excellency Ambassador Bashir Hassan Haji.During the visit, His Excellency met with the embassy staff, reviewed the progress of diplomatic and consular work, and commended their dedication, emphasizing the importance of enhancing efficiency and professionalism and providing timely services to Somali citizens.
His Excellency also directed that specific improvements be made to working conditions, operational efficiency and service standards, within the framework of the Ministry’s broader reform agenda to modernize Somali diplomatic missions, ensure their effective representation of national interests, and provide reliable, citizen-centric services abroad.
