A club prevents fans from getting the shirts of their favorite players

 Dutch media reported on Tuesday that Ajax Amsterdam had banned fans from bringing banners to the Johan Cruyff stadium asking players to get their shirts after matches. The club told the Ajax Supporters Association that they had noticed an increase in the number of these banners at matches, most of them children.

The Dutch club said, according to "Reuters", that it is no longer possible for the players to fulfill all the requests, and when the players pass without handing their shirts, they are often criticized and described as arrogant.

Ajax added that the use of cardboard also poses a risk, as fires are possible. Several banners were already confiscated, on Saturday, when the stadium hosted the local Super Cup match between Ajax and PSV Eindhoven.
