The Speaker of the Somali People's Assembly meets with the UAE Ambassador and members of the Friendship Committee

 On Sunday, the Speaker of the People’s Assembly of the Somali Federal Parliament, Sheikh Adam Mahmoud Nur “Madube”, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Somalia, His Excellency Ahmed Juma Al Rumaithi, and members of the Friendship Committee between the Somali and Emirati parliaments.

During the meeting held at the office of the Friendship Committee between the Somali and Emirati parliaments, Madobi heard a report from the Chairman of the Committee, MP Mustafa Sheikh Ali Tahlo, about the achievements that the Committee has achieved since its formation.

The Speaker of the People's Assembly praised the members of the committee for the important work they are doing and their efforts to make the mission entrusted to them a success, and urged them to work to strengthen friendly relations between the parliaments of Somalia and the United Arab Emirates.

Sheikh Adam Madobe discussed, with the UAE Ambassador, Mr. Ahmed Juma Al Rumaithi, strengthening the historical relations between the two brotherly countries, and strengthening the friendly relationship between their parliaments.
