The Speaker of the Somali People's Assembly heads to the Emirates
Today, Sheikh Adam Mahmoud Nur “Madube”, Speaker of the People’s Assembly in the Somali Federal Parliament, headed to the United Arab Emirates after receiving an official invitation from his Emirati counterpart.The accompanying delegation includes the Chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Committee between Somalia and the UAE, in addition to members of the Somali Parliament who represent the country in the Arab League.
During the visit, Mr. Madobe is scheduled to hold meetings with Emirati officials, led by the Speaker of the Emirati Parliament, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and exchange experiences in the development and security fields.
