The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia participates in the graduation ceremony of special forces units

 The Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Salih Ahmed Jama, and the Minister of Defence, Abdiqadir Mohamed Nur, participated in the graduation ceremony of the 11th Regiment of the “Dunb” Commando Forces of the Somali Army at the “Bale Dugli” camp. The graduates completed training at the Hassan Toure Military Training School, aimed at strengthening national forces in the ongoing war against terrorism, especially against Al-Shabaab.

During the ceremony, General Odawa highlighted the critical role of DNP forces in combating terrorism, saying: “These newly graduated forces will bring new energy to our efforts.” The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense also addressed the forces, stressing the Somali government's commitment to supporting the armed forces.
